Track documents with validity (agreements, licenses, staff certificates) and get reminded before they lapse.

Register each document with its expiry date and reminder lead time — the system emails reminders as expiry approaches.
- Press + Add with the document, holder, expiry date, and who to remind.
- Renew by updating the expiry once a new document is issued.
